Says the one thing a good samaritan needs to know.

For a bag, a coat zipper or a keyring. A neighbor taps the tag and gets what they need to help, with a text to whoever you chose already addressed. Nothing alarming on the front, just the plain fact and a way to reach you.

Private by design

No subscription. No profile.

  • No subscription. You pay for the tag once. Nothing to renew, nothing to cancel.
  • No account, no online profile. What you put on it lives on the tag itself, not on a website.
  • Works on iPhone and Android. Nothing for the finder to install.
  • Not a tracker. No GPS, no battery. It does nothing until someone taps it.

Anyone who taps the tag can read it, like a printed ID card, so put on only what you want a helper to see. In an emergency, call 911 first.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What should go on it?

Who to text, and the one or two things a helper should know. Keep it short: the person tapping is usually a neighbor or a store clerk, standing right there.

Does it track where they are?

No. There is no GPS and no battery, so it cannot show a location. It helps the person who finds them reach you.

Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. Recent iPhones read NFC tags from the lock screen with nothing to set up: hold the top edge of the phone to the tag. Most Android phones read them too, with NFC switched on in Settings; the reading spot is the middle of the back. A notification pops up, and tapping it opens what is on the tag.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay for the tag once. No account, no app to keep, nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.

How private is it?

There is no online profile and no database behind the tag. What you put on it lives on the chip itself. Anyone who taps it can read it, the same as a printed ID card, so put on only what you want a helper to see, and rewrite it whenever you like.

Can I change what is on it?

Yes. It ships unlocked. You rewrite it in about a minute with the free NFC Tools app, and the instruction card in the package shows how.
