Every tag opens the same message.
There is a standard wording and it does not change from tag to tag. The message, the reminder to call 911 first, and then whatever you chose to add underneath. You write that last part. The rest is the same on every tag I make, so nobody has to work out what they are looking at.
If something serious happens, somebody calls 911 first. The tag is not a panic button and never will be. It is for everything either side of that: the bag left on the bus, the practice that finished early, the grown-up standing there who just needs to reach a guardian and has no way to.

One design per activity.
Sport, club, band or service, every tag is printed in PETG on a screw-close steel cable loop, and it clips to the outside of the bag for the school year. These are drawn for South Pier High School, our own example school, so you can see the range without borrowing any district's marks. A couple of the photographs below are a different school in green, which is rather the point: the design is the same, the colors are yours.
Also drawn: basketball, volleyball, track and cross country, and a plain school spirit tag. Your district's collection is drawn to its own colors and marks, with the district's permission, before anything is printed.

You pick what goes on it when you order: important information such as allergies, or a message to a guardian. I write that to the chip, hand you the tag, and delete what you sent me. There is no account behind it, no database, no page of yours sitting on anybody's server. The only copy is the one in your hand.
The tag ships unlocked. A new phone, a different guardian on pickup duty, a grandparent for the season. You rewrite it yourself with a free app such as NFC Tools, in about a minute, without buying a new tag. Nothing to renew, nothing to expire, and nothing to cancel if you never come back.
Only the information you choose is on the tag. What you send at order is written to the tag and then deleted; South Pier Co. keeps no record of it.

Your school, team or club design, printed in your colors.
Send a usable logo, image or reference and basic customization is included. Detailed redraws or brand-new concepts are quoted first. Bulk pricing starts at two full plates of the same design, so twenty-four of it. Mixed designs are priced per design, not on the combined total.

Because I hand every one of these over myself, that means Ottawa County and the Muskegon area for now. If you are further out, send the form anyway and we will work out whether it can be done. This is made by one guy, and I would rather cover a small area properly than a big one badly.
